Manual adjustments are the base of treatment, backed by physiotherapy, posture and ergonomics work, stretching and strengthening, and nutrition advice. Neck pain and shoulders are what most people come in with, and he's known as thorough, attentive and quick to get you in.

Families are welcome; he's the father of three boys and sees kids. Medicare is the only insurance taken, and cash plans cover everyone else. Appointments are required. No guilt trips or sales pitches, as the practice puts it.
