Briggs Carpet Care of Estes Park

About

Briggs Carpet Care is run by Michael Briggs and his son Jeff, both IICRC certified, out of a shop on Acacia Drive. The family has cleaned carpets in Northern Colorado since 1977 and in the Estes Valley since 1996.

Water is the bigger story now. In 2010 the business added emergency mitigation for water, fire, smoke and mold, and the 24-hour line is the one to call when a pipe lets go. A fast response is what people remember, along with dehumidification, structural drying, crawl space work and honest staff. Contents get dried too, for the furniture and belongings that got wet.

The cleaning side still covers carpet and tile, area rugs, upholstery, mattresses, and pet stain and odor removal, for homes and businesses. Routine cleaning work is by appointment only. For a burst pipe in a cabin in January, a crew based in town matters more than almost anything else.
