Like They Were Never There, LLC

About

Twenty years of cleaning homes and businesses, mostly around Frederick on the Front Range, is the background here. The listing now puts the company a couple of miles outside downtown Estes, and it is licensed and insured. The slogan is "Our Goal Is To Transform Your Space," and the service list backs it up more than most: deep cleans, move-out cleans, office and commercial cleaning.

What sets it apart is the work past the mop. Junk removal, property cleanup, general maintenance and interior painting are all on the list, so one crew can empty a place, scrub it and roll a fresh coat on the walls. That is a real help when closing out a rental between tenants or getting a house ready to sell.
