Steel's Hardwood Floors

About

Hardwood is the main trade at Steel's, a second-generation, owner-operated outfit out of Longmont that sells, installs, sands and refinishes wood floors for homes and businesses. Staircases are where the work gets noticed, along with refinishing and a crew that knows its material. Installation includes demolition and surface prep, and the company also restores tired floors and supplies flooring for kitchen remodels.

The odd add-on is air duct cleaning, which is handy to schedule while the house is already torn up for floors. Estimates are free and the work carries a one-year workmanship warranty. Estes Park is on the service list, but the crew comes up from the Front Range, so plan the scheduling around that.
