About
Byron Francis came to Estes Park in 1999 to frame houses and has been building here since: a gutter installation business, a stretch as structural framing foreman, then a framing, siding and deck company before B & E Builders. The firm, where he's co-owner, puts more than 22 years behind custom homes and remodels in town and around the valley, from footings to fixtures.
The list runs long. Inside, new construction, additions, kitchens, baths, garages, hardwood floors, cabinets and coffered ceilings. Outside, decks, patios, exterior finishes and gutters, plus commercial projects. The office is on Pine River Court, half a mile from downtown, by Animal Hospital of the Rockies and The Hive at Estes Park Brewery.
