Additions and new builds in Estes go through the town and county building departments, and Charles Santagati has spent more than twenty years working with both, along with local subcontractors and material suppliers. His company, Glacier Creek Construction, is design-build: one outfit for the plans and the construction, instead of an architect handing off to a separate builder.

The work runs from remodels and basements to custom homes and commercial construction downtown. The trade list covers concrete pouring, drywall, flooring, exterior finishing and painting, decks, accessory buildings and structural repairs.

The office is on Graves Avenue by the fairgrounds, next door to Estes Park Property Management and Everest Mechanical.
