Foothills Homes LLC

About

Quality, low cost, speed: pick two. That's how Zach Steinkamp of Foothills Homes frames every project, and he runs each one himself, from the written estimate to the final walkthrough.

The Longmont business covers carpentry and electrical, which is the useful combination: kitchens, baths and basements where framing, wiring, drywall and paint all meet, plus decks, additions, built-ins and fences. Electrical work and dependability are what people mention most, with painting and general repairs close behind. Punch lists are welcome, the sticking door and dripping faucet kind, worked through in a day or two. Fans, TV mounting, furniture assembly and pre-listing to-do lists for real estate agents are on the menu as well. Old houses hide surprises behind the walls, and he names the unknowns up front.

Zach is insured and works across Boulder County, from the plains up into the foothills, and Estes Park is in the service area. He comes up from Longmont, so stacking several small jobs into one visit makes sense.
