Aldrich Builders

About

A deck that has taken one winter too many, a kitchen that needs gutting, a whole new house: Aldrich Builders takes all of it on from an office on Lone Pine Drive, a few doors from Ace Hardware.

The company has been building in the valley for more than four decades, on homes and commercial buildings alike, and its general contractors handle careful restorations as well as new construction. The list runs from design, blueprints and demolition through concrete, decks, exterior finishing and electrical, which means fewer separate trades to line up.

Remodeling is the work people mention most, along with clear communication and a team that is a pleasure to deal with. No job is billed as too small, so it is worth a call even for a bathroom. Residential and commercial owners are both in scope, and the office is close to Lake Estes Marina for anyone coming from that side of town.
