About
Before a fence goes up on a mountain parcel, somebody has to find the corners. Terrain Land Surveying is Adam Kelly's practice, based in Berthoud, and his background includes surveying at high elevation in Estes Park and the surrounding mountains. He has been a licensed professional land surveyor since 2018.
The work covers boundary analysis and resolution, easements, improvement location certificates, lot line adjustments, construction surveying and as-builts, plus FEMA elevation certificates and floodplain mapping. Drone surveying, digital terrain modeling and CAD drafting back up the field work, on residential and commercial jobs.
One catch. The practice is taking only a limited number of smaller projects right now, and points larger or out-of-scope jobs to another surveying firm. It is a Front Range outfit that comes up to Estes, so ask early whether a job here fits the schedule.
