About
Twenty years in the trade is the claim behind Longmont Lockshop, a locksmith based down in Longmont that lists Lyons and Estes Park in its service area. Key making is the bread and butter, along with rekeying and pulling broken keys out of locks and ignitions.
Car work covers new key fobs, remote and digital key programming and ignition trouble. Safe locks, security door locks and window locks are handled too, and contractors use the shop as well. Lockouts, building or car, are handled, along with crash bars and other hardware repair. The storefront is appointment only, so call first. House calls are possible, which is the realistic option from Estes.
