Renting a unit here never involves a counter. Units are picked from site maps, rented and paid for online, and the account lives behind a tenant login. There is no office on site. Questions go by phone, and visits are by appointment.
There are two lots. The first is on Big Thompson Avenue, a little under a mile from downtown on the way out toward Lake Estes, next to Big Thompson Cabinetry, with 75 units. The second, on Lone Pine Drive, has 77. Both come in a mix of sizes.
Access runs around the clock and both sites are watched by digital video surveillance. It is locally owned, small, and set up for people who would rather click than chat.
