John's Pest Control

About

A yellow jacket nest is the kind of call John's Pest Control handles well, and thoroughness is what people mention most. It is a Larimer County company, started by John and now run by his son-in-law Devan, and its route runs from Fort Collins, Loveland and Windsor up to Estes Park. John stepped back from the field after an injury, and Devan took over the work.

Every job starts with a free inspection and a quote built around the pest, how bad it is and the size of the property. No contract is required, and treatments come with a warranty. The list covers ants, cockroaches, spiders, rodents, bed bugs, fleas and mites, wasps, hornets and bees, for homes and commercial properties.

Friendly is the word attached to the crew more than any other, along with fair cost and a quick response. The website keeps a pest library, handy for figuring out whether the thing on the windowsill is worth a call.
