Shepard Plumbing & Heating

About

Hot water heat is the specialty here, from boiler service to designing in-floor radiant systems. Every plumber on staff is a Certified Colorado Master Plumber, and the techs are factory trained on furnaces, air conditioning and tankless water heaters as well.

Day to day they handle the usual: faucets, garbage disposals, toilets, showers, pipe repair, water heater repair and replacement. On the bigger end there is boiler design and install, bath and kitchen remodels and basement finishes. The shop is family owned and also covers Loveland, Fort Collins, Berthoud and Johnstown.

The office is on Woodstock Drive near the fairgrounds, next door to Trailblazer Broadband. Book cabin winterization before the first hard freeze, not after. A second-home owner who leaves in October and finds a split pipe in April learns that lesson once. Getting the whole system right, not just the part that failed, is what sticks with people.
