About

IRES is the multiple listing service behind much of Northern Colorado's real estate, and it is built for agents, not the public. Four Front Range boards of REALTORS founded it, and it now supplies listing and sales data to more than 7,000 brokers, appraisers and their staff from headquarters in Fort Collins. The Estes Valley Board of REALTORS uses it too, so most Estes Park listings an agent pulls up come through this system.

Subscribers get listing input forms, statewide public records, integrated contracts, mapping and mobile access, plus continuing education classes and webinars. Brokers can run IDX listings on their own sites, and developers can license data feeds. Fees and phone support are the practical matters that come up most. A buyer or seller has no reason to call; their agent does.
