About
Renee and her daughter Samantha run this outfit from an office on Woodstock Drive, in the same building as the Estes Valley Land Trust and Estes Park Salon. Their rental list runs from Mary's Lake condos to cabins by the river, some close to town and some well out of it, and guests book online.
Owners hand over the website, guest messages, housekeeping, accounting and sales tax, and the calls to handymen and contractors. Weekly or biweekly home watch checks are available for places that sit empty, and they will meet a delivery or a contractor. Long-term and month-to-month rentals are not taken. Appointments are required, so call before stopping in.
