Intempus Property Management - Estes Park, CO

About

Rentals are most of the business at this office, whether that means finding a place to live or handing a property over to be managed. Intempus Realty's Estes Park office is on South St. Vrain, next to Village Laundry and Anderson Realty, and runs property management, condo and home rentals, and sales.

Sales sit alongside: residential and commercial buying and selling, new construction, property exchanges, investment purchases and help for first-time buyers. Maintenance and communication are the two things owners talk about when it comes to management, so ask how repairs get handled and how often you will hear from them before signing anything. The office is a few minutes from the Visitor Center and Lake Estes, easy to fold into a trip into town.
