Charisma Roofing, LLC

About

Storm and wind damage repair heads the list at Charisma Roofing, a Loveland contractor that comes up to Estes Park and Drake. Owner Steve Martin is hands-on with the work.

The roofing side does full replacements, switches to a different material, and residential and commercial jobs, plus gutter installation and repair, skylights and attic venting. Roof inspections are free, and the company is licensed and insured. Roof repairs and clear communication are what people bring up.

Under the Charisma Construction name it also remodels basements, bathrooms and kitchens, handles additions and commercial tenant work, and lists vacation cabins among its jobs. That makes it one call for a cabin that needs a new roof and a bathroom in the same season. The remodeling crew pulls in outside electricians, plumbers and carpenters and checks in with the owner through the job, so timeline and budget stay visible. The company has more than fifteen years behind it.
