Wedding hair is one of the jobs that brings people to this small salon on South St. Vrain, next to Wendy's Optical Boutique. Brandi and Emily, both born and raised in Estes, own it and split the chairs: Brandi on men's and women's cuts, beard trims and kids, Emily on fades, women's and kids' cuts and most of the color.
The menu runs from a wash only to full styles, highlights, perms, fashion color and waxing. They are stylists rather than barbers, so there are no straight-razor shaves. Online booking is easy, and people like the feel of the room as much as the cuts. Appointments are required, so plan a few days out in summer.
