Sullivan's Snow Service

About

One 55-horse utility tractor with a loader does most of the work here. It is medium sized on purpose, so it can plow a long drive or grade a private road without chewing up the property. Sullivan's covers Loveland, Fort Collins, Drake and Estes Park, plowing and shoveling for homes and commercial lots.

When the snow quits, the tractor keeps going. Road and drive maintenance freshens up gravel after a wet winter, and the same machine spreads mulch, rock and gravel, brush hogs larger pastures, cleans corrals, digs post holes and chips wood. Loader and blade dirt work is newer on the list.

The handyman side is broader than the name suggests: winterization, light electrical and plumbing, drywall, deck repair and straightening a fence that has started to lean. Junk removal is offered too. The business is insured, and one call can cover a property's plowing in January and its mowing in July.
