About
Keith Byers has spent more than 30 years as a full-time wedding DJ, emcee, musician and singer, and he runs Byers Entertainment himself out of Fort Collins. He comes up to Estes for weddings, along with the rest of the Front Range and southern Wyoming.
Music selection is the thing couples single out, followed by how smoothly the night runs and the planning help beforehand. He builds each reception from a custom planner rather than a stock playlist, provides sound and wireless mics for the ceremony, and brings up-lighting, effects, party props and karaoke. There is also a one-man-band and DJ combination for couples who want live music without hiring a band.
For a destination wedding, the free consultation can happen over Zoom or Skype. He also carries a battery-powered sound system for remote locations, which matters when the ceremony is in a meadow rather than a lodge. Corporate events, holiday parties, school dances and birthdays are on his calendar too.
