Up on East Wonderview, next to Meritrust Credit Union and a few doors from the UPS Store and Estes Park Pet Supply, this liquor store sits on the Stanley Hotel side of town, a couple of minutes from the hotel. It's an easy stop on the way back to a rental, and a quick one.

Beer is the strength, with local brews well represented. Cider gets real shelf space, which is less common than it should be, and the wine, whiskey and liquor sections hold their own, with a few unusual bottles mixed in. Locals get a discount, the employees are friendly. Grab a six-pack of something local and a cider for whoever doesn't drink beer.
