The Qi Lounge Wellness Spa at the Estes Park Resort, Estes Park, Colorado

About

Inside the Estes Park Resort on Lake Estes, about a mile and a half from downtown, this spa runs a full menu: massage, facials including Hydrafacial, acupuncture, scrubs, wraps and hydrotherapy. The sauna gets mentioned as often as any treatment, and so do the robes, the massage chairs and the lake view.

Couples come for the suites, where the visit starts with a soak in aromatherapy salts before side-by-side massages or facials. Appointments are required, so book before the trip rather than after a long day on the trail. Ember Restaurant & Bar is at the same resort, which makes dinner afterward easy. Spa parties and packages can be arranged, and the spa is wheelchair accessible.
