Even in July the mornings here run cold, which is half the argument for The Lazy Moose. The shop on East Elkhorn carries the biggest sleepwear selection in town for every age, and Lazy One is the featured brand. Pajamas cover men, women and kids, and plenty of it is meant as a gift.
Matching pajamas are the reason most people walk in: whole-family sets, kids' sizes, a girls' night section and a line called Unbearably Cute. Bigfoot shows up a lot, including matching sets for a family Bigfoot hunting crew, and there's a section aimed at the dudes.
It sits right next to the Caramel Corn shop, with Macdonald Book Shop a few doors on, so it's an easy add to a downtown walk. Gift ideas fill the rest of the floor, with a sense of humor running through most of it. In and out quickly, unless matching outfits turn into a family negotiation.
