The outdoor setup is the draw: a private hot tub, a fire pit ringed with Adirondack chairs, and string lights run through the pines. Inside, a wood fireplace takes the edge off cool nights. The kitchen has the cooking basics and a Keurig, there's a grill outside, laundry in the unit and room in the driveway for three cars.
Lake Estes Marina is under a mile away and the Park about seven. Booking runs through Evolve, Airbnb, VRBO or Booking.com, and the owners point people to Evolve for the best rate. It's a whole house, not a hotel, so plan on doing your own dishes.
