Two names, one stretch of river. River Stone and Bear Paw Suites are cabins and condos run together on Fall River Road, a little over two miles up from downtown and about a mile and a half short of the Fall River entrance to the Park. River Stone has one- and two-bedroom units with open or closed lofts, Bear Paw goes up to three bedrooms, and accessible one-bedrooms are listed at both.
The jacuzzi tubs and fireplaces are what people remember. Close behind: a washer and dryer and a full kitchen, which matter more than they sound on a week-long stay. Free shuttles run downtown, an easy way to skip the July parking hunt. Wildlife moves through the pines, and the place sits next to Aspen Winds on Fall River.
