Mountianview Vacation Rentals

About

Elk herds crossing the fifth fairway of the Estes Park golf course are a regular sight from the two homes at Mountainview Vacation Rentals. That is the whole roster: two privately owned homes overlooking the fairway, about a mile from downtown off South St. Vrain.

The views run to the golf course and the mountains around it, and wildlife watching comes up as often as the houses themselves. A nearby trail gets mentioned, and the scenery does a lot of the work. Listings are filed under cabin, condo and luxury home rentals. Being a mile out puts downtown within an easy drive while keeping the nights quiet, and relaxing is the word guests land on.

Clean houses, warm hosts and quick communication fill in the rest. With only two homes, booking comes down to which one fits the group, not scrolling through dozens of near-identical units. Golfers get an obvious bonus.
