About
Church buildings, micro apartments and mountain custom homes all fit inside the practice at Basis Architecture, which writes its name BAS1S and pairs architecture with branding and graphic design. The firm has close to three decades along the Front Range and in Colorado mountain towns, and custom homes have always been part of it, in styles from craftsman to contemporary.
Commercial work leans toward event and public spaces, mixed-use buildings and small health and wellness facilities, with interior design offered on commercial jobs. On housing, the firm argues for a full range of types, and its multifamily work runs from small infill to larger developments with micro and standard apartments, townhomes and small-lot houses. Master planning is on the list too.
The Estes address is out on Big Thompson Avenue, next to Hunters Chop House, a short drive from Lake Estes Marina.
