When a laptop stops cooperating or a printer will not talk to the Wi-Fi, Gene is the person who answers at Compute-IT. He has been solving computer problems for more than 40 years, including stints supporting large IT companies, and opened this Estes Park business in 2023.

Repairs happen on site or over a remote connection, which saves a drive when the problem is software. Setup work covers computers, printers, email and phones, along with security questions, home Wi-Fi and camera systems. One-on-one computer lessons are offered in person or remotely, and website support and hosting are on the list for small businesses. Residential and business clients are both on the books.

Clear explanations and fair pricing are the two things that stick with people, and fixes tend to come quickly. The office is on Ponderosa Avenue, a bit over a mile from Mary's Lake, and weekend help is available.
