O'Keefe Built

About

Pergolas, front porches and stairs are what this Longmont deck builder gets remembered for, along with finishing on budget and leaving a clean site. The catalog runs to custom, multi-level, curved and rooftop decks in wood or composite (Trex, TimberTech, Deckorators), patio covers, pavers and outdoor kitchens, with 3D renderings up front and permits handled. Materials can be picked out at its showroom.

For a house in the trees, the line that matters is fire-resistant decking, and the company publishes guidance on WUI compliance. But Estes is not among the towns O'Keefe Built names, which stick to Boulder, Broomfield, Lafayette, Louisville and Longmont, so ask about the drive up the canyon before falling for a rendering.
