Premier Mountain Builders

About

A remodel that lands on budget is what people keep bringing up about this builder, and in a town where materials come up the canyon, that is no small thing. The office is on Big Thompson Avenue, next to Highland Cabinetry, and the work is residential only: custom homes, remodels and general contracting across the Estes Valley and Northern Colorado.

Bathrooms, decks and siding come up again and again. Siding stands out, specifically tracking down material to match an older house, which is harder than it sounds. Construction management is offered for owners who want one party running the trades, and the subcontractors get credit too.

Timelines tend to hold as well. New construction is on the menu, but most of the work people describe is fixing and improving houses that already stand. Deck repair and deck building both show up, which makes sense in a valley where sun and snow are hard on wood.
