About
A high radon number in the middle of a home sale is one of the jobs this Fort Collins company is built for. It tests and mitigates homes and commercial buildings across Northern Colorado, runs its own radon testing laboratory, and helps buyers and sellers sort out results that surface during a transaction.
Founder Dr. Leo Moorman holds a Ph.D. in physics, is NRPP certified and licensed by the State of Colorado. The firm takes on the difficult ones: crawl spaces, complex mitigations, and houses where another company's system left the levels too high, with the aim of getting below the latest WHO guideline.
Expertise and a meticulous approach are the words that keep attaching to them, along with clear communication and careful fan placement. Scheduling is easy and crews show up on time. Estimates are free, and the crew has worked in Estes Park, coming up from Fort Collins.
