Centerline Home and Building Inspections, LLC

About

Mountain homes come with their own list of questions, and Steve Ausenhus is the inspector who sits and answers them. Before starting Centerline Home and Building Inspections in Loveland he ran a remodeling and property management business for thirteen years, and he is a Certified Master Inspector. The report, full of photos, lands within a day.

Patient answers are what people remember most, which goes a long way with first-time buyers. The add-ons earn their place in Estes: radon testing, infrared thermal scans, mold sampling, water testing and sprinkler system inspections, plus new construction, pre-listing and 11th-month warranty work. A limited 90-day warranty comes with the inspection at no charge. Centerline is based in Loveland and lists Estes Park among the towns it drives to.
