Pandion Property Inspections, LLC

About

Three decades in construction came before Michael Durante started inspecting homes out of Berthoud as Pandion Property Inspections. He is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector, a Colorado licensed radon measurement professional and an FAA-licensed drone pilot, so a roof too steep to walk still gets a close look.

Thoroughness is the word that keeps coming back, along with a report that reads like a professional wrote it and explanations of what each finding actually means. Every inspection comes with a home maintenance book. The 11-month warranty inspection gets singled out: it has turned up items still under the builder's warranty in time to get them fixed.

Buyer, pre-listing, new construction, rental, multi-unit and manufactured home inspections are all on the list, plus radon testing and aerial photo and video. Pandion is a Berthoud company covering Larimer County and the rest of Northern Colorado, and it makes the drive up to Estes.
