Charisma Construction, LLC

About

Mountain cabin renovations are one of the four things this Loveland general contractor names as a specialty, alongside basement remodels, home additions and commercial tenant finishes. Kitchens, bathrooms, bedroom additions and storm damage repair are on the list too, and vacation cabins get a service line of their own.

Basement finishing and bathroom remodels come up most, and so does staying on budget and on schedule, which is the hard part of any remodel. The owner checks the job site regularly and keeps the client posted, and outside electricians, plumbers and carpenters are brought in as the work needs them. Interior design and architectural services are offered, for residential and commercial jobs alike.

Charisma is based in Loveland and comes up to Estes Park and Drake. Consultations and estimates are free, and the crew shows up when it says it will. Bathrooms and basements in older cabins are squarely in its lane.
