About
Cost-plus pricing is the whole pitch here. Homestead Home Builders, out of Loveland, shows clients the actual bids from vendors and subcontractors, with no separate markup layered on top. Herman Boonstra founded the company, which has more than 30 years in custom home construction and builds across Northern Colorado and up to Cheyenne.
New custom and semi-custom homes are the core, but the jobs people talk about are mostly basement finishes, and the thing they keep returning to is communication: questions answered, subcontractors on time, sites left clean. Remodels, additions, patios and accessory buildings are also on the list, plus predesigned floor plans for anyone who would rather start from a draft. The stated territory is Northern Colorado, so an Estes valley project is worth confirming by phone first.
