JFI Builders

About

Fences are where JFI Builders gets talked about most, in privacy, vinyl, composite, chain link and wood, and the finished lines come out looking sharp. The Loveland outfit also builds composite decks, pergolas and patio covers, finishes and remodels basements, and puts up accessory dwelling units. Bigger projects seem to be its comfort zone, and the crew gets credit for working hard, staying on time and keeping people informed.

It is a licensed, insured, veteran-owned company based down in Loveland, and it comes up to Estes for jobs rather than keeping anyone here. Estimates are free, permitting is handled through the final walkthrough, and first responders and veterans get 10 percent off.
