About
After a hard winter shows up as soft trim and rotted siding, Remmerde Construction is one of the crews that handles the fix, along with much bigger jobs. Kitchen and bathroom remodels, additions, framing, garages, accessory dwelling units and ground-up custom homes are all in scope, for houses and commercial buildings.
Decks get real attention, composite and otherwise, along with patios and entry doors. Exterior work covers siding, trim, painting and rot repair, and the company does its own demolition, excavation and construction management. Insurance claim projects are handled, and estimates are free.
The team is kept small and the owner stays involved, with about a decade in the trade. Clear communication and close attention to the work are the two things people remember about a job. Work runs across Estes Park, Glen Haven and Meeker Park.
