Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning Inc.

About

Furnace replacement is the big job at Tri-City Heating & Air Conditioning, and the sales side stands out mostly for what it skips: no pressure, no upselling.

The Loveland contractor installs and repairs furnaces, central air, heat pumps and mini splits, fabricates its own ductwork, and handles air handlers, humidifiers, thermostats, complete system replacements, air filtration and indoor air quality. Heat pumps come up often, and the office helps with rebates and takes care of the permit paperwork. Technicians are NATE-certified, and the installation crews are described as knowledgeable and courteous. All work is guaranteed, and financing is offered. Heat pumps are worth asking about when an old furnace is near the end, since rebates can change the math.

Phones are answered around the clock, including emergency furnace calls and frozen pipes. It is based on the Front Range and comes up to Estes Park, so a winter emergency still means waiting on the canyon drive.
