Ask three things before you book. First, whether the crew works on your system, because a furnace, a boiler and a propane unit are three different jobs. Second, how fast they can reach your address, especially if it is outside town. Third, whether a service call includes the drive up. Propane and gas systems add another question, so say which fuel you burn when you call. A system that has run for years in a cabin may need a different fix than a new install, so describe what you have.
