EnviroPest

About

Come fall, mice start looking for a way indoors, and EnviroPest's Estes office is the closest call for it. It sits on Graves Avenue, about a mile from downtown in the same building as a real estate office and a CPA, and it covers Drake as well. The company calls itself the oldest and largest local pest control outfit in Colorado.

Ants, spiders, mice, wasps, bed bugs, bats and bees are on the list, with termite work and wildlife removal too. The homeowner plan brings four seasonal visits, free re-treatment for covered pests and round-the-clock digital rodent monitoring, which matters for an owner who is away for weeks at a time. The techs come across as thorough and kind, and good about staying in touch. Estimates are free.
