EnviroPest

About

Bats in the attic and mice in the crawlspace are standard mountain-house problems, and this Longmont company, family-owned since 1965, comes up to Estes Park to deal with both. It treats ants, spiders, wasps, bed bugs, termites and rodents for homes and businesses across Northern Colorado, using Sentricon baiting for termites and heat for bed bugs, then repairs the damage and re-insulates the attic afterward.

Communication is what stands out most: prompt replies, follow-up visits and monitoring after the first treatment. Technicians are licensed, insured and bonded, estimates are free, and emergency service is available around the clock. Wasp nests on the porch and termite monitoring are typical calls for the crews.
