A native Coloradan who has lived in Estes since 2001, Alissa Anderson owns New Roots Real Estate, an independent brokerage. She specializes in mountain and foothills property across the Estes Valley, Allenspark, Pinewood Springs, Lyons and Drake, and works the wider Northern Colorado Front Range as well.

Her closings top $90 million over the past decade. She was Estes Valley Realtor of the Year in 2019 and founded the Estes Park Education Foundation.
