Estes Park Home Finders

About

Bret Freedman's team works out of an office in Prospect Village, near Estes Park Brewery, and handles both sides of the deal, buyers and sellers. Meetings are by appointment, so call before stopping in.

What clients come away with is the sense that someone knew the area and kept their interests first. The details that get mentioned are practical: help lining up a lender, a careful walk through the contract, and steady handling of the problem that shows up halfway to closing. Sellers get the same attention as the buyers hunting for the house they had in mind, and more than one family credits the team with finding it.
