The Inspired Living Group brokered by eXp Realty

About

Along Big Thompson Avenue toward Lake Estes, next to KMAC Guides, The Inspired Living Group works as a brokerage under eXp Realty, selling homes in Estes Park and the smaller mountain towns around it: Drake, Pinewood Springs, Allenspark and Lyons. Alison Gilbert, Nicole White and Jan Rogers are the Realtors.

Residential sales and investment property are the focus, second homes and short-term rentals included, and the team will run an investment analysis or a free home valuation. Buyers describe agents who advocate hard for them and stay with it through closing, and the group is active in the community. Weekend hours make it easier for visiting buyers to meet in person.
