Fifty acres of pine and meadow in the foothills at Lyons, about 30 minutes from Boulder, hold Lionscrest Manor, a Wedgewood Weddings venue. The two-story Grand Ballroom has crystal chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows looking at Longs Peak and Meeker, and ceremonies can go on the lawn, in the courtyard by the fountain, on a balcony or under the indoor French door archway.

Packages are all-inclusive and customizable, and the planning staff gets steady credit for answering fast. Recent renovations come up too, along with the bridal suite and the wraparound decks for cocktail hour. Tours are by appointment. It is a Lyons venue, not an Estes one, so guests staying up here will be driving down for the day.
