Cherry pie is the order, and the cider runs a close second, with tastings on offer. Colorado Cherry Company's counter at the Stanley Hotel also pours lattes, the cherry latte included, plus chai and hot chocolate, and sells cinnamon rolls, apple hand pies, pastries and a bison chili for anyone who wants lunch instead of dessert. Cherry streusel and cherry cheesecake are there for anyone who has already had the pie.

It sits on the Stanley grounds beside 217 Wine Bar, small and warm inside, with outdoor seating too. It opens early enough for coffee before a Park day and stays open into the evening for pie after dinner. Expect hotel visitors and tour groups in summer.
