Tots are the order, loaded high: Smash Melt with beef crumbles, queso blanco and Johnny Sauce, Sweet Heat with pineapple pico, Backcountry Bacon, Buffalo Crunch. The smash burger runs a close second, a single patty with American cheese, pickles and the house sauce on a butter-toasted bun. Grilled cheese bites are there for anyone smaller.

The truck parks at Rock Cut Brewing on West Riverside and rotates among other breweries through the week, so check the schedule on its site before heading over. Portions are big and service is quick, which is the point after a long hike. It is a young operation, and it also books weddings, private parties and corporate events around Estes Park.
