Rodeo week, the wine fest, a dog show, a train show: most of the town's big gatherings end up here, near Lake Estes and next to the Rooftop Rodeo grounds. Estes Park Events runs the indoor and outdoor venues, the equestrian facilities and the concessions, and produces the signature calendar, from the First Peoples Festival and Wine & Chocolate to Whiskey Warm Up, Bigfoot Days, the Wool Market, the Elk Festival and the Craft Spirits and Brew Festival.

The grounds stay clean and getting in is usually easy. Food trucks show up for the bigger events, and the most popular ones bring lines. It's a good spot for fireworks, too. Space can be rented for private functions, so plan it with the organizers well ahead. Wheelchair accessible.
