Along Moraine Avenue on the Big Thompson, under a mile from downtown, Venue on the Rocks shares its grounds with Coffee on the Rocks, the coffee shop it grew out of. The setup is a riverside ceremony space, a covered pavilion for dinner, fire pits and a duck pond, with room for up to 200 guests. The ducks get almost as much attention as the bartenders.

A full bar handles beer, wine and cocktails, or mocktails for a dry wedding. Couples bring their own vendors, and the family that runs it will suggest local ones. Weddings, rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, birthdays and celebrations of life all happen here, with clear communication and packages that bend to a budget getting the credit. The grounds are wheelchair accessible. Easiest scouting trick: stop in for coffee during the week and look around.
