Moose calves in spring, pikas hauling flowers in summer, bugling elk in fall. Creeks and Critters Nature Tours builds private and group tours around whichever of those, or whatever scenery, the client wants to photograph in Rocky Mountain National Park.

Knowing where to be when the light turns is the company's stated specialty. Short sunrise and sunset tours fit a morning or evening with a few spare hours. Night sky tours are the one fixed format, spent photographing the sky over the Park after dark.

The same outfit leads small-group photo trips well beyond Colorado: brown bears in coastal Alaska, birds in the Amazon, polar bears in Churchill, Yellowstone in winter. Hiking tours are on the list too.
